House Of Latter Glory
Haggai 2v9 The Glory of God Latter House Shall Be Greater Than of the Former, Saith The Lord of Hosts: And in this Place will i give Peace,Saith The Lord of Host
STATEMENT OF FAITH:
We believe that JESUS CHRIST is the son of GOD and that he died and rose again on the third day. We believe the Holy Bible as our only sole source of knowledge and base of our faith. We also believe that our actions should be guided by the word of God (the bible). Apart from the bible we believe that the Holy Spirit must also guide us �JOHN 16V13�. The bible also says that we must judge the spirits and not just believe every spirit (1 john 4v1-5)
REPENTANCE-
we preach the message of repentance MARK 16V15-18
The Bible says all have sinned and are short of the glory of God �ROMANS 3V23�
BAPTISM-
in water (not sprinkling) in the name of the father son and Holy Spirit
Baptism �
in the Holy Ghost
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and we believe in speaking in tongues as our lord Jesus Christ said so in the book of MARK 16V17 �and these signs shall follow them that believe; in my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues�.
Healing
-we believe in healing by the laying of hands unless the Holy Spirit directs otherwise. 1JAMES 5V14 �is any one among you sick, let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the lord�
Marriage-
we believe in marriage between a man and a woman, the church will not conduct the same sex marriages hence nobody will be discriminated from the church due to sexual preferences.
2. Our main objective is to build and maintain a high moral, spirited Christians, families and communities.
MATTHEW 28V19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptising them in the name of the father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost:
20. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you:
EPHESIANS 5V25-27
husbands love your wives, even as Christ loved the church, and gave himself to it; 26. That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27. That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, a wrinkle, or such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
HOUSE OF LATTER GLORY
seeks to equip Christians with their families to maintain their faith, to live HOLY lives until Jesus comes back. Jesus said he will be coming back to take the church and likened the church with a bride, he said the bride should be holy and without blemish.
